I have a client who can't figure out the 1969 blower motor wire routing. The Osbourne Assembly Manual is terrible, and it looks like the blower motor wires originate in the engine compartment. The ground wire stays in the engine, and the power lead looks like it passes through the blower motor firewall grommet or hole back to the engine compartment where it plugs into the heater box resistor wire block. Can anyone confirm the routing of the power lead?

I can't get to my car until tomorrow. Feel free to call me in the afternoon Sat if you don't have an answer yet.

My mach has A/C so its different and it's been awhile since I been near my fastback w/o AC, but IIRC the wire comes out the end of the heater blower that is in the engine compartment and goes through the little grommet in the firewall next to the blower motor to connect under the dash. The ground wire stays in the engine compartment and grounds to I think one of the blower motor bolts that bolt it to the firewall. Someone else should probably confirm this though :sad

Here are some pictures that I have. One is a Boss and the other is an original CJ. It should be the same for all cars other than the heater motor shroud on the CJ isn't there on other cars.
