Well, I'm going back to a car that I grew up in and selling the mustang. I'm sick of rust and bodywork. So about 2 weeks ago, I picked up this.

Owned one for 9 years and loved it. Then sold it when I bought my truck, because adulting or some crap.
Planning on either slapping a turbo motor(sr20det) or going balls out and cram a ls and t56 in this bitch.
Bring on the hateraid.
Keeping the fairlane though.
 
Yup. Had one just like it except it was green and a 5spd. If I don't go the ls route, I'll need to track down all the bits to make it a stick. Parts are getting scarce because of wannabe drift tards.
 
I always liked those cars growing up. A ls in that would be a monster. That's the route I'd go.
 
I'm definitely going LS in the 67 C10 when the day comes to actually do anything with it.
 
Once I redo the entire braking system and track down whatever is puking atf all over the floor, she'll be road worthy. It sat for so long, seals, hoses, and lines gave up the ghost.
