Bay Area shop to rebalance flywheel

Any Bay Area folks know who can rebalance a 50 oz flywheel for an early 302? South Bay or nearby would be preferable.

Thanks.

How and why do you feel you need to have an flywheel rebalanced? What did you do to it to warrant that? No matter what how about contacting south bay driveline? If they don't maybe they would know of someone. Or ask Aldo of gear masters. He may know someone.

I googled this issue and a couple people mentioned that most automotive machine shops can do this. They suggested Victory Automotove Machine shop in San Jose.

I have never heard of them but that doesn't mean squat.

Then again, looks like you got some good answers from the other forum.

Craig, one of the options when doing the swap is to have the late model 10.5" flywheel rebalanced for the early engine. Late flywheel is 50 oz. imbalance and the early one is 28 oz. I know Sacramento Mustang does it, but they're too far.

Thanks for the shop suggestion.

See? the old dog learns something new. Keep us posted if you contact Victory and the results.
