BBQ's Pork Chops

Saturday, I picked up about 3 lbs of grass fed pork chops. The butcher cut the bone only so I could bring home the entire chunk in one piece.

Yesterday for lunch, I prepared them and cooked them on my grill. I sliced them (each about an inch thick).

Seasoned 1 with Cajun spices, seasoned 1 with Lucille's BBQ Rub and SWMBO seasoned the third piece with smoked paprika, salt.

Obviously, they were delicious. Served it with Pancit. These things were so tender and moist, I could cut it with a fork.
