Beautiful fall day.

So we decided to take a little drive through the local state park. Alaina got to ride in my Volvo for the first time. Now that she is big enough to sit forward facing we can actually get her in there. She loved it with the top down.

This was actually more of a test run for our cali trip. We decided to rent a mustang convertible for the trip so that we could have a better view of the redwoods and the drive up the coast. We needed to make sure she was going to be ok with the top down. A little sun screen and hat and we should be good to go. Of course it will probably rain the week we are there with my luck. I did bring rain with me on our visit to Texas.

All wrapped up and ready to go.

What? the left coast doesn't get sunrises?? what a bummer.
 
Yeah, what was I thinking, guess I wasn't. :char I'm wrong. I guess they do have Sunrises but not like the Sunsets.

Not exactly. You see, the sun stays put, and the Earth rotates from left to right...
