Best Suspension Lube

I lubed all the front suspension only 3 months ago. I just got back from the power tour and the upper control arms are squeaking. \

What is the best lube to buy for the grease gun? I do not not want to have to degrease every 3k miles.

I use Mobile 1 synthetic on everything, even window rollers. The trick with the upper arm is to jack the car up, take the wheel off and while your putting the grease in, push up on the bushing ( big nut ) with a pry bar. If you don't, the grease just runs by the bottom of the shaft and doesn't get to where it's needed.

good to know, thanks. I have to jack mine up and remove the wheel to get in there anyway.
