Big thanks to John, (and Shari) :bowdown

My hot rod builder friend had a few days opening at this shop, and told me if I got my ass in gear.... and I could round up parts, we could complete the front suspension in the car.
If I could not, then it would be 12 weeks before I could use his shop again, or try and install all of this at my house. Doing it my self would not be impossible, but having all the cool tools and alignment equipment at his shop is a big plus.

I had been e-mailing with John for a few weeks, in preparation to do this in May some time, and now I had about three days to get all the parts in. Of course my friend would not let me start until all the parts where 100% in hand, due to fears of not being able to get a item, and have the car take up space while waiting for backordered parts.

John was able to ship all parts out last Saturday, and with his help, and guidance, I was able to find everything else locally. :yah

I can tell you enough what this type of customer service means to me, It just 110%! THANKS JOHN!

You know it is a shame when this kind of service is rare! It is standard operating procedure at ORP however!

Nice to hear a good customer service story instead of a horror tale like so many can become. John is one of "US" instead of one of "THEM". Don't you wish all parts were of that quality?! Plus, I think we all need to have a friend with a Hot Rod shop!!

Good lord, John's head is big enough already!!

Maybe we can lock the thread from John's view? :thu

While we are talking about great vendors, I've also had nothing but top notch dealings with John's Mustang's out of Houston. He supplied me with the parts that John could not provide, with overnight service for very little extra charge.

Thank you, mmw68, for the order and being so easy to work with. And thank you all for the kind words.

To be honest, we didn't do anything we don't do on a regular basis. We work with our customers and ship our parts by USPS Priority mail 2-3 day service so the parts arrive quick. In Calif. they get there overnight. Craig and Abe will attest to that.

I was a regular gearhead before this ORP thing got started ( and hope I still am ) so I know what waiting on parts is like.

Thanks again guy's, working with nice folks makes my job a lot easier. :wald

I can certainly confirm that. I ordered Upper and lower control arms and shocks from John and Shari and the next day the box is at my doorstep as I live in Northern California. Before that I ordered his roller perches same thing. He always answers all my questions honestly which I sent (often) and gives great advice.

I now have an order in for the Adjustable Struts. Seems John is taking a much needed break! No doubt once he gets in the Part will be in the mail and in my hot lil hands in no time.

Thanks for all the help!
