It probably won't clear the a/c compressor if its in the stock position...

Can you fit a straight bar across the top of it?

I am using one of Shaun's bars on my car and made some minor modifications to clear the blower and my distributor. I trimmed a wedge shape out of the bar and then TonyR tig welded it for me. I sanded it down and polished it out for a factory look.

Re-engineered my a/c compressor bracket to lower it about 3 inches. Should be able to fit your bar no problem now.
