Bison Chili

We've got a Chili cookoff at work Tuesday. I am going to make Bison Chili.

I got this recipe online and am prepared to do this tonight.

I am going to use ground Bison and left over Ribeye from yesterday.

Pictures of said item attached. I went to bed at 1:30 this morning with it simmering at 175 on the grill in the dutch oven. Transferred it to the crock pot and it's now sitting in my office making all of my co-workers drool.....
