Today, I closed on a 4 bedroom house in Tucson on the edge of town with a view of the desert. The most important feature is that it has a 3 car garage, big enough for my harness work. I'll be moving over the next couple of weeks. I need to have three bedrooms painted (awful colors for accent walls), a mini-split HVAC for the garage, and some additional insulation in the garage. It also has a flourishing fig tree, just like the one I had back in Panama City.
Oh, the house is about 1.5 miles from AZPete, who moved back to Tucson before I did. It's nice to have a good friend just down the street!
