Brake Issues

Corn Hauler
I did a brake job on my 68 with power disk brakes. I replace the both calipers, the passenger side was sticking. After bleeding the brakes (wife pumping and me bleeding) and getting ready to drive, I noticed i could push the pedal to the floor. I bleed them 3 more times with the same results and getting no air bubbles out.

I then put the old calipers back on and bleed, same results.

Any suggestions? Did the booster bust out on me?

I STOPPING NOW, I FEEL LIKE THROWING SOME TOOLS!

Are you using DOT 5? If you shake the can, the bubbles stay suspended in solution for many days.

Not using dot 5. I am hearing a squishing sound from the MC. I think I have a spare MC. I think I give it a try.

Pull the MC check the rear seal for leak. Sounds like you have fluid in the booster unit itself (the squishy sound). If the booster is "old" maybe the diaphragm is soaked and you may need to clean it up and test vacuum. And of course check your lines from the junction block to the right front caliper for problems as well. MC and booster are most suspect.
