Brake question non Mustang

Because I am old and lazy, took my wife's 2002 Pathfinder into a shop to have an exhaust system installed. She also said the brakes were squeeling a bit so I told the shop to also check the brakes. They discovered leaking rear wheel cylinders and replaced both, picked up the car and the pedal felt very low, they bled the system many times and decided it needed a new master cylinder, replaced the master and still a very low pedal. They are going to replace the master again thinking the new one might be defective. The pedal was fine when we brought it in, I am frustrated and so is the shop, any ideas? By the way the car has 67,000 miles on it, and is 4 wheel drive

Vehicle Application:
2001 Pathfinder 3.5

Customer Concern: The vehicle came in with a blown rear brake line. Replaced the rear brake lines. Has a low brake pedal. The brake pedal will pump up like there is air in the system. Has bled the brakes several times. Pinched off the brake hoses in the front and back and the brake pedal is still low and will pump up. Blocked off the brake master cylinder and the brake pedal is high and hard right away. Has 4WD.
Average Reported Mileage: 160000
Tests/Procedures: 1. Bleed the Load Sensing Valve (LSV) and recheck the brake pedal.
Tech Tips: The 4WD models have a Load Sensing Valve (LSV) under the rear of the vehicle that the brake lines for the rear brakes goes through. There is a bleeder on the load sensing valve. Acts like there is air trapped in the load sensing valve. Bleed the brakes in the following sequence: LSV (4 wheel drive models only), left rear brake, right rear brake, left front brake, right front brake.

I had a similar problem with my jeep wrangler in Utah on vacation. Brakes started squealing and had the front brakes changed. When I picked it up My brakes weren't very good felt like they needed bleeding. I took it back and they worked a couple days on it trying to find out the problem. Long story short they ended up finding a tiny crack by the bleed port. this was a new brake caliper they had installed. Changed caliper again and everything was fine.
