doesn't pull nice and straight,im thinking i only got front brakes working, will take all wheels off and inspect the cylinders, can sized cylinders cause this?

Yes, incorrect cylinders can create issues. The whole braking front to back is controlled by a distribution valve also. This directs the proper amount of fluid to front and rear based on stock cylinder size. Might check it out too. Also, if the fluid is not returning to the master cylinder bowl properly, it can cause a hard pedal. Also, the rubber lines on the rear axle and front wheels can cause issues of stopping the fluid return if they are old and coming apart inside.
