And no my wife didn't owe the Saprano's anything.

We were taking our usual walk and my wife tripped on some uneven sidewalk. Down she went. After some pain she walked home...about a 1/4 mile. Too much pain at home and knee swelled up. Just got back from ER...yep broken knee cap. Rrrrrr she's a pirate now...ol'peg leg.

Ouch. That does not sound good.

We'll keep her in our prayers for a speedy recovery.

That means that Joan can't compete with you kicking the kitties into the pool for the next couple of weeks...
May she recover quickly and painlessly.

So you now have to step up to the plate ? Bringing breakfast , sponge bad , wheeling her through the park , getting groceries , all the meals preparing and lawndry , ect , ect , ........LMAO !!!!
Wish her well from me.

Owwww!! My sister had a similar injury last year while visitng her daughter in Austin. The flight back was problematic as she couldn't bend her knee. Once home she rode side saddle in the back seat of the car for the same reason.
Joanne, wishing you well. Mike, make sure to share your "medicinal" Burbon with Joanne to help her along the path to recovery!

I think Mike has now the opportunity to take avantage of Joann's situation. Like : Oh dear , I feel your pain......I gonna take my medicin.

Ouch! I am sympathetic - back in high school I cracked my knee cap pretty bad (piggy back ride gone wrong LOL) and it has been slightly out of place ever since, leaving one spot exposed on the front of my knee that is just hell to accidentally poke. Functions just fine though so I guess I got lucky.

Hope that she recovers quickly! How long is that expected to take to heal?
