Bugatti Fail

Call me a cynic but there are a lot of convenient coincidences to that story. The owner makes a living dealing salvaged exotic cars... the video happened to be trained on his car at that exact moment... it's great nationwide publicity for his business, especially if that Bugatti already had a salvaged title.

I dont think I would run a chain THROUGH my wheels if it were my car....
