building a car for my grand daughter

thanks! I hope to use for her at car show/cruise-in's. I'm going to put go-kart tires on the rear, trike wheels on the front. I'm going to lift it and make a straight axle.

When you get done with the pedal car, you should build one of these next.

Really, I thought everybody knew about 1/3rd scale fiberglass go cart bodies.

I've been thinking some day soon, I'll have to order one. And then eBay a 12 or 24volt 4wheeler/quad and then make a frame to use the electronics under the fiberglass body.

If you want a metal pedal car, vintage steel is the only way to fly.

My son tried convincing me I buy him one at the last car swap meet. $250 and it was missing 2 wheels and at least half of the pedal/locomotion parts.

It wasn't dent free, but it was rust free.
