C-4 trans shifter adjustment?

I have a C4 with a smaller converter and shift kit. Somehow during those updates, I messed up the shifter alignment. When you put the shifter in R, it doesn't actually engage Reverse until you pull it a little further down towards Neutral. Also, when I'm in D, I'm still partially in Neutral and have to final D somewhere in between D and 2.

Somehow, my trans has lost it's alignment with the detents/lettering on the shifter bezel. Can anyone tell me where on the trans case where this can be adjusted to be more precise?
