Are you all doing ok in California with these
terrible rains that we're hearing so much about ???

Anyone need anything...just holler loud so we
can hear you here in North Carolina

Uncle Vinny and I are here if you need us

Let us "all" know you're not under water...ok ???

Shag, Red and Mr. Truck are all pissed that they can't go out and play with all this rain. We are surviving and hope to see some daylight, soon.

Thanks for checking in on us. At first I thought all the clouds were just Craig hittin the wacky tabacky.

I have been in SoCal and it was pretty bad there.

Still above water here in the central coast - barely. A couple sections of town are flooded, and there's a shelter set up preparing for the inevitable flood victims from the next storm tomorrow night. I talked to a customer today who told me his rain gauge said we had 5" drop since friday.

Unlike Craig, however, I plan on taking my fastback to work tomorrow:p

Fortunately, it hasn't been too bad here in Sac. Lots more rain and snow fell in the foothills.

Media overhype. Period.

We've received about 4 or 5 inches of rain in the past few days. It will be ok.

I still have not broken out my single heavy jacket and am wearing a light golf jacket to work each day......

Ceveat Emptor and thanks for thinking of us......

Lucky you hanging out at the beach with just a bit of a drizzle.

SF Valley got pounded for the four days I was there.

I've found out my car STILL leaks through the windshield seal! :rant

We're getting glimpses of the lunar eclipse through the clouds, though.

I am driving 100+ miles yesterday and today to work and back. Most people lack SA to drive in weather properly. Some Very Small Rocks (What floats sketch from Monty Python and the Holy Grail) have fallen off the hills in Malibu but that happens each year.

Now I must tell you, those who farm in the midwest have problems. Snow and bone freezing/frigid temps..... The game in Minneapolis last night was 'heavenly' compared to what is really happening there.....

Steve is right, it really isn't that bad. The only reason we're getting flooding here is because portions of the beach communities are very low-lying, and some of the drainage areas are flooding out. This is by no means a natural disaster.

I do agree, people are idiots in the rain. I don't know if people just get tunnel vision or what, but it doesn't seem like anyone can pay attention or make good decisions on the road when it's raining.

Heh... can't be any worse than the first snowfall around here...

Up here in the far north part of the state, they've been predicting lots of rain, wind and flooding. And we ain't seen much more than a light drizzle for the past few days. The sun was even out this weekend.

We've had a fair ammount of rain but nothing to dramatic the creek the runs next to our house isn't even close to overflowing but than again in the 25 plus years we've been here hasn't ( As he Knocks on Wood) had nice little lighting show Sunday night.

From what I've heard the really heavy stuff is surpose to come in late tonight, I intend to sleep right through it.

Well it's just been constantly raining since Saturday. Where I live there isn't any flooding but I where I work that's only 5 miles away there is lots of flooding. It's an older part of Long Beach and it can't handle the massive amounts of rain we have been getting. Supposedly we are getting the last MAJOR rain storm tonight.

Hopefully I can get home before it starts since I have to drive the mustang through it. It's my daily driver. Fog X is my friend and works great.
