As my son graduated yesterday from Pepperdine (see General section), I cooked up a nice meal to celebrate.
Spatchcock chicken seasoned with Rosemary from the backyard, lemon, seasoned salt and pepper, corn on the cob, roasted sweet potatoes and a tossed salad with basil from the backyard.
