With the idea of coming up with new ideas for dinner I remembered that I used to enjoy chicken enchaladas in flour tortillas. I wanted to try maiking them with corn tortillas and I prefer the flour. Lots of seasoning inside and cheese and olives outside. Yummy for lunch the next couple of days too.
