Chicken legs in the smoker Finally

Chicken legs in the smoker.Can't wait till their done.Just dusted with bbq rub.

And the finished chicken.2 hours at between 275 and 300 and then cut the heat down to 250 and wrapped them in aluminum foil for an hour. Smoker came through nicely. This was before I put a bit of BBQ and Buffalo wing sauce on them.

Next up tomorrow morning,an 8 pound Boston Butt. I'll be getting up about 4:30 am to get the smoker ready. It's been rubbed down with brown sugar and I'll add some salt and pepper tomorrow before it goes in the smoker.
