I've got this crazy habit of strapping on the PVS 14 (night vision) and going out at night to see whats out there. Most of the time there's a skunk, deer, cat, bats, coon or fox stirring around and if its a real clear night, I'll often look up into the sky and see what's there. Trust me, you have never seen stars until you've looked through a night vision on a clear night. There is a spinning Galaxy off in the eastern sky that you can easily see as well as shooting stars "everywhere" and course those darn satellites flying across probably looking back at me. Now there was something interesting I witnessed last night. There was an "strange" light that caught my eye moving from right to left in the eastern sky. At first I thought it was a satellite but thought it was very low in the sky and it had an erratic pattern, also it looked like you could almost see through it. It was dancing up and down a little and then it stopped, took a nose dive, and whizzed out of sight from left to right. Dang, I have never seen like that, in fact, it was a little scary. When watching this thing I made sure it wasn't a any kind of light play (I'm the biggest skeptic that has ever walked) or maybe an insect in front of the lens (which I was on passive) If only I could have caught it on video. Like I said, color me krazy. :wth
