Coolant change on my 07 GT

I have had my 07 for 6 years now. I am at 25k miles on it. It is up in the air on jack stands for the oil change and new tires. Thinking about changing the coolant too. I googled the question and got a couple of answers from other Mustang Forums. The cooling system holds 4 gallons and I should use distilled water. Also suggested that I remove the bleed plug on the crossover?

I know that it is a simple operation, just wanted to check here first.
