Yeah, too bad we have that pesky Constitution. Those damn courts where someone whose rights are violated can seek compensation for their injuries really piss me off. Our founding fathers really blew it when they came up with bullshit like due process of law and that "innocent until proved guilty".

What a crock of shart. The f'n guy was observed committing an illegal act, video tape of said act. Why waste tax dollars on that ? I think it was a waste of a good car, shoulda used a .45 ACP.

Dang lawyers always mucking things up.

So true, that is why it's called a CRIMINAL JUSTICE system and not a VICTIM JUSTICE system. NO one is ever guilty of anything even when they're found guilty.
Too many years of catching criminals red handed only to have a liberal judge let them off, I got out of the system after 10yrs. and actually make a living now and no one goes free for trying to kill me...

I believe they should have used a vehicle with a higher profile. After all, he could have ran after clearing that fender.
 
Love it. Those Spaniards really got a lot going for them, their very beautiful Women, yummy wine and the police force. Kudos to them.

Seriously.....if you commit a serious criminal act then you should lose all your human rights.
