Crazy, Scary video

Ohh, hell f'n no. My hands are soaking wet just from watching that shart. That takes a whole different breed of daredevil that I CANNOT aspire to be!

I would freeze somewhere in the middle, start shaking, and stay there until someone came to save my butt. There's NOOOOOOO way I'd even try.

The transitions from one section to the next, where there don't seem to be anywhere to put your hands or feet other than a few incidental ledges had me nervous as HELL.

That video will help me. When I am bummed from a day of practicing law that does not result in taking at least several thousand dollars of someone else's hard earned money, I will think of that poor dude and realize that it is not so bad...

oops, forgot the lightbulb! :craz

Ooops, forgot the socket to open the light box! darn, it's metric!!

No way! but someone's got to do it! they should carry a parachute and get down quicker!!

No, No, NO. I had my fill of heights when I did phone and cable install type jobs. That was high enough for me.

Oh and Mark:
"That takes a whole different bread of daredevil that I CANNOT aspire to be!"

Bread of daredevil? Ben Afleck selling Wonderbread?

I could not watch the whole video. What is even scarier is that I agree with Mark. :beat No fracken way would you ever catch me up there. I do work on scissor lifts, 20 feet up no big deal. 25 feet and higher and I start to get a little leery.

Somebody sent me that a couple weeks ago and I couldn't make it through the whole thing. My stomach was knotted about halfway through. Can you imagine climbing up that thing and an owl come land beside you?

HoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooSPLAT!!!

Tim...be afraid...be very afraid :lol

Duane...that had me ROTFLMAO

I had to do work on towers at 100-150 feet when I had my wireless ISP. This brought back all kinds of anxiety!

No thanks, I hope they are paying these guys well!

Mel

That is damn high. From the title I was expecting the guy to slip and get saved by the safety rope when he reached the top.

when I was in HS, I had a summer job working on grain elevators. We used to have to carry electric motors, tools and crap up to the top of those things. We would work on stuff, even weld up there. We didn't have lanyards or tie off. It wasn't much higher than a 4 - 6 stories depending on where we were but still high enough to get killed if you fell.

My youngest son was a steel worker that walked the beams of buildings under construction. Highest he ever worked was about 15 stories. He always did have what it took to do it. All thru growing up, he never saw danger.......

That is a wicked video....especially when you go full screen.

Did you notice most of the time he was climbing his safety rope was not attached to anything but him.

You could not pay me enough to do that job.

If it was life or death for me to climb that high though...screw the safety rope, I'd wear a parachute. Up that high it would seem like all it would take is one good stiff breeze and bye bye.
