I just threw a complete set of them on my excursion and by what a difference pads can make. It stops on a dime and gives me change.

Nice upgrade!
I replaced the stock discs on my Mustang with frozen rotors (cryo treated and slotted) and use Raybestos racing pads and the rotors don't turn blue any more when I'm on the track!
