Deconstructed chicken enchilada sandwich

It was freakin good. Dry rubbed chicken breast topped with my homemade green sauce roasted Anaheim chili pepper and cheese. The buns had a green chili mayo
 
Being able to freed the crew with that and some mexi-tots, but unfortunately we had to run a few calls after plating my dinner. Now I've ate the dish and relaxing on my bed and they all came to my bunkroom to thank me was pretty cool
 
have a friend who works for the fire dept here. says he honestly thinks people watch for them to grille out & call as soon as they sit down to eat. says it never fails, but its all part of the job.

stuff looks good, just wish my system could handle the "hot" stuff like it used to. I enjoy it, but really pay for it later on thru the night...
 
Thanks Craig. I would have bought a different bun/roll for it. I didn't give a say in that. I sent the firefighters with a list and could have gone with a crustier bun that could handle the sauce better

Looked good. I might have gone with an onion roll myself.
