Deer Cam Pictures

Downloaded the first batch of picture from my game camera that is at one of my deer feeders.
Looks like I have 4 different bucks (and a dog) visiting the feeder.

Moved the camera to another feeder to see what is showing up there.

A few more. I think there is a dog in this picture that has spooked this buck.

Looks like a bat over the deer in this one!

What the area looks like during the day.

I think the camera need to be closer to the feeder since I have seen deer in the background that were there before the close deer that triggered the camera.

It looks like you've got a couple of decent bucks there. Have you been out hunting yet? Our archery season came in last weekend here in Ohio but I've been too busy to get out. I'm not as pumped up about it this year as in years past because I'm not seeing the giant bucks like I have every year prior. There are a couple of decent ones but I'd really like to let them grow another year or two. Here are some pics.

I think you need to take out the skinny on to improve the herd. Bow season started last week here also. Will not get the change this year. Waiting for the first weekend in Nov.

I have not hunted deer in 15 plus years, I killed my first one at 11 and kinda burned out at 40, I said I might get back into it and the wife bought me a crossbow last christmas, (I have since got a handicapped permit to hunt with one) --I set up a ground blind Monday, I am going meat hunting--I probably will take the first 130# or so doe that walks by--I laugh every time I look out my kitchen window and I can see my blind--there were deer walking by it already, I have them in my yard often, I am pretty sure I could shotgun hunt off of my covered front porch. There is a 2 acre field 30 yards from my front yard and 25 acres of woods behind that. The trail cam pictures are neat. I had one buck mounted and several sets of horn only mounts---don't think the wife wants more.--good luck.
(that buck in D__fords first pic looks like he has had some damage on his hip in the past, they are pretty tough animals, my mom shot one of the bigger bucks shot around here in the late 70's--255# 13 point, it had 7 .22 bullets in it from poachers over the years, was blind in one eye and was full of buckshot--all healed over)

Someone has to say it so it might as well be me......NICE RACKS! :roll

Seriously though, I don't need to go far. I have deer that wander around my backyard and even near the house and around my cars!
