DIY Sequential LED Taillights (under$30)

I have posted a new YouTube video on how I built my sequential LED taillights. The total cost came in at $27.85. I used the following parts from Ebay:

Awesome! Question though... are the time delay things or the flasher relay as loud in person as they are in your video or is the mic just picking it up good?
