2012 Mustang sales started in Jan. 2011 with the first cars on lots in late Feb or Mar 2011 and go thru Jan. 2012. This car could be 11 months old.
Ford has totally messed up the release dates compared to back in the day. 2011 Mustang production ran from Mar 2010 thru Jan 2011.....a very short year.
These dates may not be exact but the best the old memory has....
