Doing our good deed. Helping out a casuality of the recent storms

Hell Bent for Speed
And our family grows by 1 yet again. This tiny little guy was found abandoned and lost, totaly soaking wet, shivering and hungry after that huge Tornadic storm passed through 2 days ago. Luckily we didnt see any tornados. We are guessing this little guy was either washed, or blown away, from his Mother during the peak of the storm. The Vet guess that he is at most 3-1/2 to 4 weeks old. I'm glad that we happen to find him.

He is not weaned or anything yet - we have to bottle feed him for a good solid 2 or 3 weeks. He is TINY. Bonnie is taking him every where in her purse with her. These pics are from her office...

It's a boy. We all keep calling him a girl too. We need to pick a name now. Any suggestions?!?

Dude, buy that girl a real purse.....

I like cowboy as well. Having 3 cats, can't help but give you guys a total thumbs up in saving the little guy.

My wife rescued one about the same age. Bottled fed for a week or 2, do not remember. Our female German Shepherd helped her do her "business" by licking that area. (Some things in the animal kingdom makes me real happy to be a human being). :puk We also have 2 little "rat" dogs (chihuahua mix) that it would play with. So it more or less thought it was a dog. My wife found a co-worker that gave it a home. Big dog that the cat has no fear of. So my question for a kitty that young is it doing it's "business" or are you having to use a wet rag to help it out?

Just a little been there done that thing is all.

He was not. Bonnie was using TP help move things along. But this morning I fab'd a small litter box from from a 12 pack box. A very shallow one that he can manuever in/out of. Bonnie set me a text just a while ago saying that she "helped" him pee in the box, then he walked around, scratched some and then went #2 by himself. So that is very promising at such a young age.

And to aknowledge everyone else - thank you. Our other two, 3-year old Siamese cats are being somewhat skiddish though, which I find odd.

And we have settled on the name "Casper" because of his silver-ish color and due to the fact that he just kind of appeared of out thin air before us... plus the boys liked the name too.

I was going to suggest Moore, but maybe that is not very appropriate. You have 3 cats... so one moore kitty. :roll
