I'm on two weeks travel to this awful state for business. First duty after checking into the hotel was swing by ye olde adult beverage shoppe. Lots of good beers, but damnit...not Black Wattle Seed! I asked, and the proprietor said that the state distributor does not carry it.

Ugh...Halfway through my bottle of Old GrandDad instead...

I used to live in Chantilly, VA, where the liquor brands were also controlled by the State.
