Driveshaft vendor

For those who have replaced their driveshafts, what vendor did you use?
From a cost perspective they run the gamut....I won't be racing and plan on a 347 with an AOD. My original is long gone but the cost of originals and new sometimes aren't that far apart.....
Aluminum is the latest and greatest but is there a real need besides weight reduction?

Lots of options. I went with one from Denny's. Also went aluminum. Wasn't that much more than a comparable steel piece and the lower weight is pretty significant in terms of rotational mass but if you're just cruising it's never going to matter.

I've had a Dennys driveshaft in my car since 2004, its been good to me. At the time they were local to me, when I stopped to pick it up they had stacks of them boxed up waiting on UPS for shipping.

Another one from Denny's. I also have a good place in Des Moines if I want one Fast!
