Edelbrock float

B67FSTB

The NorCal dude from Belgium
Anyone know what the cause could be , having such a floater in my edelbrock carb ?
I don't know its past and one thing comes to my mind is fuel pressure too high although the other one looks alright to me .
Any input is welcome.

I can’t even imagine how that would collapse on its own. Maybe the PO did it.

Maybe the car was under water in a flood, like about 1000 feet deep or so...

Did it get really cold? PV=nkT

Also, the correct term in English is "float." "Floater" has another meaning ;)
