Engine Fire-Up Shopping list

• Guys,
  My mission over Christmas is to fire my motor up. I am trying to put together a parts order and need some experienced eyes to look over it. This is my first Mustang build and i bought my car stripped down so every little piece of advise is appreciated.
  
  
  
  What I have
  • 428 with Edelbrock intake
  • Shelby Tall rocker covers
  • Concept one Pulley Kit, steering pump, Powermaster One Wire alternator. (I will not be installing A/C, no need over here)
  • Holley 750 CFM 4 bbl Carb with Manual Choke (Part# 4150)
  • Mechanical Fuel pump http://www.summitracing.com/parts/HLY-12-832/ This is an 80gph version. Do I need a pressure regulator with this pump and do you think it will be strong enough?
  • Carb - Dual feed fuel line with 3/8NPT fitting. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-G3120-1/
    • Lokar Throttle pedal
    • Lokar 24 inch throttle cable
    • MSD Ignition and Coil
    • Fuel tank and sender.
    • Full UP Loom (probably a mistake but will work it out)
    
    
    What I have in my Order cart. (or think I need)
    • Fuel line from tank to pump I am going to use a Stainless steel braided fuel line like this one. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-230620/ AN 6 gives me an ID of 11/32 inch Will that be sufficient? How much will I need? Will 20ft be enough?
    • Inline Filter -Something like this? http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-230102/
    • Lokar Trottle bracket and spring. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/LOK-SRK-4000/
    • Fuel Pipe from pump to Carb. What do you normally use? I need to get the adaptors
    • Motorcraft FL300 Oil Filter. The K&N one will not clear my sway bar and steering rack http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ACF-FL300/
    • Thermostat housing(water neck) and thermostat. Can you recommend one for a FE motor?
    • FPA Full length Headers
    • 24 inch Radiator and dual 12 inch fans.
    • MSD Distributor Hold Down Clamp - http://www.summitracing.com/parts/MSD-8010/

I'd bump up to a fuel pump with a 3/8" inlet/outlet, like this one. No need for a regulator either.

I've had similar issues. Edit you list in a plain text editor (like Notepad). Do not use a word processor like Word. Copy & paste it into the post editor here.

Works for me.
