Fried cabbage

The boss is whipping up some fried cabbage for new years dinner.

Pretty easy.

Dice and fry up a pound of bacon.
Drain all but a couple tablespoons of bacon grease.
Add diced onion and chopped cabbage.
Cook until cabbage is soft.

Num num.

Try adding cooked egg noodles with it... cabbage and noodles
