On the front of torque box here, do you stitch weld this or is it spot welded?

Mine is welded all the way down the edge.... it may not be as strong, though. I'm defintely no expert.

A fellow over on VMF looked the sealant manual and it showed that this was not even welded from the factory. So, any weld is better than what was there originally. I ended up stitching it, but wish I had spot welded for a cleaner look.

I did a mix of both spot and stitch welds on my dvr side torque box.

If you're not planning to show it in concourse undercarrage division, don't worry about the looks. Your stitch welds will be much better than what the factory did.

Nice work.

I drilled my flange and cherry welded it to the front rail. And ground it smooth. No weld is visible.
I wish I had done this. Too late now :craz
