Gates powergrip clamps

Anyone have any experience with Gates Powergrip hose clamps? These are the plastic 'shrink on' clamps. They have a really neat look and the specs indicate that they are fine for the temp ranges on a radiator hose.
 
I use them on my radiator hose and have not had any problems. The only problem is when you have to remove the radiator or radiator hose. You have to buy new clamps since they are one time use.
 
They work just fine...

we'll see how they hold up on a car that's driven like it's a rental. I think I will keep a set of standard clamps in the trunk just in case.
