Generator regulator?

On my 64 Falcon, did they have a regulator on the generator?

I believe they had a regulator mounted on the radiator support.

It should, my '63 Fairlane 260 had one. FYI, Powermaster makes a 1 wire alternator that looks like a generator. I went that route and ditched the regulator.

does the regulator look the same as one for an Alt? the wiring on mine looks modified.

Looks modified to me too. You may have some of the hillbilly engineering there. Needs duct tape. :roll
