OK Vinnie...I suspect it has something to do with your cookies and browser. Clear your browser cache and then login to StangFix. Then go to our name on the title bar and change your password. Log-out and re-log in, this time having the program remember your password. If your browser asks you to remember this password, say yes.

Try it...it might work.

are you clicking on the (Stay logged in) when they login ?

Which one are you using Chrome / Internet Explorer / Firefox?

A problem with cookie scope due to inconsistent forum links. All internal links are consistent, but user-submitted links (e.g. in posts) and links from addons and other customizations may be inconsistent. For example, if you login to the forum with a URL that has "www" but then visit a link without "www" then the login cookie can go out of scope which causes the user to be logged out. It is important that all links and bookmarks are consistent. I can add a rewrite rule to our .htaccess file to enforce no www and thereby avoid the potential problem of inconsistent links:

I have tried most everything and still no luck, I switched from IE to CHROME, I am using windows 8.1, it seems if I keep my pc on all the time I can stay logged in, but the minute I shut down I am gone and have to sign in.

Are you checking to make sure you turned off your 'browse private' settings in your local browser.....Toni may have set it up that way so you don't see all that porn she looks at
