Ginger salmon

Simple enough recipe and no need for pics.
Ingredients:
Salmon filets
1 bunch of green onions sliced on the bias place on top of salmon
1 small piece of ginger use a micro planer and take enough to sprinkle on top of entire filet
Low sodium soy sauce and lightly drizzle on the filet suggestion would be a light amount
Cook to desired doneness
Heat up some oil on the stove and when it is really hot drizzle it on top of the salmon - it should crackle when it hits the filet

Done and you can thank me later. :beer
