I am going to be in Walnut creek next thursday night with a rental car and no plans. Any Bay Area stangfixers want to meet somehere for dinner or a beer? First round is on me.

I'll be there....we just need someone who knows the area to pick a place to meet, drink and eat.
When is the latest you need to know? Where are you staying?
The NorCal'ers will all chime in soon.

Unfortunately, my boss comes in to town this Thu and we'll be having a dinner meeting. :shtf

Kevin, I'll do you one better, I'll be in FW M-F for the next 2 weeks 7/26-7/30 and 8/2-8/6 for work. I'll let you buy me dinner and all the beer I can drink, can't beat that with a stick! :dh

I usually come half way to Dallas once or twice to have pizza and beer at BJ's Brewhouse off I-20 in Arlington. Rick met me there a few times.

Great idea, except for I expect to be in L.A. Thursday evening. If my plans change I'll let you know. Otherwise, enjoy the famous NorCal hospitality and we'll try and catch you next time!!
 
Have a safe trip Jeff. Come to think of it, your phone called me when I was out for dinner in Santa Monica last weekend. After about a minute of randome jiberiah coming through I figured you might have bump dialed me. LoL. Have fun in So-Cal

I'm not sure if I can make it out Thursday night, but I'll throw out an idea.

What about Hot Danville Nights?!

If you were thinking about meeting in Pleasanton, why not meet in Danville. It's closer to Walnut Creek than Pleasanton, and since it's the first Hot Danville Nights Show of the year, I'd imagine there will be a pretty good turn out this week.
