Well, it's that time of year for Barb and I to go back up into the Redwoods of NorCal in a '89 VW Westfalia. Got my camping gear, smoked Salmon, smoked other things as well. Back at home this next Friday.

Yesterday, we drove past a field of cars that it looks like they haven't moved for awhile.

The fishing pole is out on the salmon fishing boat where the wife is....I don't think she gave up her fishing buddies for the tree cars and a vw camper...lol
 
I'm surprised she doesn't have a pole out the window trolling for land salmon.
 
If she had that option......

But last night we did have some of her Salmon wrapped in foil, smothered with oil, sun dried tomatos, olives and fresh garlic.

I hope you all have a great time. Mrs. Cmayna's a trooper for spending 24/7 with you for a few days.

I'm guessing he realizes that would drastically affect the appeal of his dishes.
