Got another project done!

Corn Hauler
Had a set of old greasy valve covers on the shelf. I hot tanked them (top cover in the picture below). Then covered the fill hole and baffle with a lot of tape and bead blasted them (bottom cover in the picture below).

The aluminum did not look good enough to polish so I painted them and Sanded the ribs out.

I do not have anything to put them on but at least the are not a greasy mess. What do y'all think?

If you twist my arm you can put them on my motor and that would give you something to put them on :craz
 
Nice. If they will clear roller rockers, I'll trade you some polished Ford Racing covers for 'em.
 
I wish they would clear rollers. That is why they were on the shelf. When I put the roller rockers on my 351, I had to replace these covers.
