Got into my first fender bender today

Yes, it finally happened today. I departed from work, in lots of traffic when suddenly the cars in front of me slammed on their brakes as well as I. The biatch behind me in her Toyota Tacoma, who was on my tail suddenly decides to switch over to the slower lane to avoid the mess and clips my passenger rear quarter. I guess she didn't realize how close she really was to me. Pic 1 and 2 show my GMC Jimmy. 3 and 4 show her front driver's corner. General Motors pulled through!!

Thank god I was not in a Mustang

That's what happens when you drive a Government Motors Corporation vehicle......you become a target.
 
Craig, sorry to hear about your misfortune. Looks like that damage to your truck is not that bad, I hope that you were not texting Mikey while you were driving. :steer Similar thing happened to me many years ago. Dad and I were on our way to a car show and I was driving his '84 Ranger. Quick stop because of stupid traffic, only I quickly moved over to the center divider. I did not make it all of the way and the Karmann Ghia behind me rear ended me. I can count the number of times that I have heard my Dad swear in front of me on my right hand and still have some fingers left. Well needless to say he did say shart when we felt the bump from behind. The Ranger got a little scratch in the rear bumper and the Karmann Ghia looked like the Tacoma in your pics.

I will say the lady was very cooperative and friendly (probably on some crack). Her front wheel push my exhaust tip way over causing it to rub against the inside edge of my rear tire. She gave me a piece of rope so I could pull the exhaust pipe away from the tire long enough to get the car home so I could to a better temporary repair, which I did.
 
Fender bender.................. More like Parking lot door ding. The reason she was so nice is because she didn't want you to figure out she has no Insurance.
 
The only part that pisses me off was the fact that.....there I was minding my own business, surfing NaughtyNuns.com on my iphone while cruising along when suddenly she slams into me.

Well Craig, look at the bright side, at least you weren't driving Shag, and with damage like that, I'm sure there's a government bailout in their somewhere!
