That's cool Craig. She's getting big fast, and already driving too.

Glad you are getting to see her after all the trouble you had with them.

yea, this is only the third time we have seen her. I think they are finally getting over the "tough love" position we had to take with them. I hope this is the beginning of a lot more visits.
She is a chunk!

we had a cruise night on the "square" so she had to take the 67 out

thank you, she is a sweetie. I had a great day today. I didn't do anything but play with her.

We dropped our lil one off with my parents last Saturday, and he wore them out. They wore him out as well. They might get to see him once or twice a month since they live out of town.
Now my in laws are another story altogether. Fil wants to see him, but only for a few hours. Mil constantly says she wants to see him, then when he does go over there, she bitches nonstop about him. I've had my fill of her bs, so much so that I rarely talk to her.

Very cute pics, our grandaughter turns 9 in Oct---spend as much time with her as possible, she will be starting school in a blink of an eye!

I won't go into all the details but she is our first grandbaby. My son and his GF were living with us but due to some issues we kicked them out (before the baby was born). My son has manned up and excepted the tough love. Still needs a little more maturing but this is the first time the GF has dealt with us since the big blow-up. We were beginning to think we would not see her. They only live 4 or 5 minutes away.
prior to yesterday we had only seen the baby twice, once for maybe a half hour standing in the driveway and another time my son brought her over for about an hour or so. We were so happy when they asked us to keep her.

Maybe they wanted to go to a movie theater WITHOUT the baby. :bomb I just do not understand why some parents feel the need to bring their small children with them. But that is another topic. Glad to hear that the son and GF have seen the light and realize that being on their own is for the best.
I can wait until I am a grandparent, but when I am the kid is going to get lots of sugar before I return them to my daughter. :sarc

Glad you got to have her over. Being the father of a 4 yr old, I'd say you see lots more of her w/o the parents around. :roll Grandparents are a godsend!
