I don't have a clue. At one end(?), or the bottom(?) or the top(?) there is a clamp which has a working range of +/- 1"-4", with kinda hooked ends at a depth of 1 3/4" for mounting(?). The tube at the top(?) other end(?) can accept +/- 1" cylinder, but there is no provision for holding the cylinder like a set screw. The tube is adjustable with a serrated clamp like a bicycle seat uses. The thing swivels about 150* at the center via a pinion & worm attached to a crank. The worm & pinion are crude and sloppy, with no provision for locking in position.
