Today's the day for all you guys to put the wrenches (not your wenches) down and give your mom or your children's mom some attention. Once you see a smile on her face then suddenly tell her that you forgot to apply some red lock-tite to the doowiggy bolts on your mustang.

sadly my mom has been gone almost 14 years but I am smoking a brisket for my sweetie!
Hope all the mom's have a good day and don't mind a little competition from our 4 wheeled friends!

I asked the wife what she wanted to do and she wanted to go out on the boat. My Mom couldn't come, but jens Mom came along. Cruised across the lake and had lunch at our favorite restaurant then a slow ride back home. It was a nice day.

Done. Our annual tradition is to go for lunch at a local fish/crab house and have crab, fish, lunch. We then all head to our place where I serve berry (straw, black, ras, blue) Creme Brulee made by yours truly for all and slip into a food coma while watching NBA basketball (this year, we watched a tape of the Clippers beating Memphis).

Topped it off with watching the Los Angeles Kings winning game 1 of the Western Conference Finals....
