Harness advice

I'm building a restomod 65 Coupe, I'm not going crazy with electronics, maybe electric fans. Since there isn't going to be much original with the car, should I be considering an aftermarket harness or just have my original refurbed?

It's somewhat a matter of opinion. Some say to leave the existing harness as is, since it works, and then add a separate harness or wiring to add what you want. In this case, a fan and probably a relay, directly from the battery. For a small number of add-ons, this would be cost-effective.

If you're really modding out the car and have patience with wiring, then a full-blown after-market wiring kit may be the best way to go.

I'm leaning towards the stock set up being refurbished. I'm not a big fan of wiring. Thanks for the advice Randy.
