Well it's that time of year to pick a bunch of lemons and turn them into ice cubes so we can have yummy Meyer lemons cubes for cooking and tequila shooting year round.

Neat idea! Are the lemon cubes straight lemon juice?

I once made limeade straight from limes, and it was way too strong; had to add water to make it drinkable.

Cool! I'm going to be planting a Meyer's lemon tree here in January at my house in Mexico. The grapefruits are almost ready and we'll be doing the same thing with them. Add tequila and enjoy!

Yes, 100% pure lemon juice extracted via the Juicerator. If you never had Meyer, you have never lived. For Lemonade I'm sure you would want to dilute it big time.

Wikipedia says the Meyers are an asian lemon...how do they taste relative to our standard store-bought lemons?

Hard to describe it, but a lot more flavor. Don't you have any locally? Many sell them a your local fresh vegie parking lot weekend sale. Do I need to mail you one? Geez! Williams Sonoma sell kitchen liquid hand soap made of Meyer lemons. Buy it for the Mrs and you can then smell the roses.

There's a Ohio State joke in there somewhere.

I just received three lemons via Jeff Tepper's tree. OMG! These things are tasty: more lemony and less tart than your standard lemons and the texture of oranges with a hint of orangey flavor.
